We bring the studio to your office in Portland, Oregon and photograph your whole team in one visit. Every person is coached through a short session of their own. Nobody is rushed through a line.
The price has two parts added together: a shooting day from $1,200, and a rate per person that starts at $95 and steps down as the team grows. The minimum is $1,500. Team days are for 6 to 140 people.

The studio comes to you
We arrive with the backdrop and the lights and set up in a room at your office. Your team stays at work. Each person steps away for a few minutes, is photographed, and goes back to their desk.
Every person is coached. A photographer directs each one through a session of their own: how to stand, where to look and how to settle in front of the camera. Staff sessions run 3–5 minutes. Leadership sessions run 10–15 minutes.

You request a quote
Send the form on this page with your team size, your office location and the dates you prefer. A person replies by email with a written quote and dates. A 50% deposit holds the date.

We set up at your office
We bring the backdrop and the lights. A 10×12 ft room and one outlet. Setup takes about 45 minutes.

Each person is coached
People come to the room one at a time. Staff sessions run 3–5 minutes and leadership sessions run 10–15 minutes. A photographer directs each person from the first frame to the last.

Galleries the same day, finals in 5 business days
Each person gets a private proof gallery the same day. Retouched finals within 5 business days. Your company receives a master gallery organized by name, and one invoice.

Graduated like tax brackets: each person is charged the rate of the band they fall in. In a team of 25, the first 14 are $95 each and the next 11 are $80 each.

Written for a company that pays by invoice.
- A 50% deposit holds the date.
- The balance is due net-30.
- Purchase orders and ACH are accepted.
- A certificate of insurance is available on request.
For a team of 25 at $3,410, the deposit is $1,705. Nothing is charged on this site. Your written quote arrives by email.

- They can request an individual session at our Portland studio. An individual session has its own pricing: a session fee, then a price for each image chosen. Every price is on the pricing page.
- They can be photographed at your next team day, along with everyone else.

How much time does each person need?
Staff sessions take 3–5 minutes each. Leadership sessions take 10–15 minutes each. People can step away from their desks one at a time and go straight back.
The length of the day follows the size of the team. Up to 35 people: half day, 1 photographer. 36–70 people: full day, 1 photographer. 71–140 people: full day, 2 photographers.
