Individual sessions at the studio
There are four sessions, all by appointment at the studio at 2505 NE Pacific St, Portland, OR 97232. Three of them charge a session fee and then a price for each image you choose. The Camera Confidence Session includes its images in the price.

The price per image
Each retouched image is $130. The price is the same in every session and for every image. You receive the original and the retouched version of each image you buy.
The Camera Confidence Session is the exception. Its $799 price includes 5 retouched images.
Rush
Priority rush is $100. It moves your retouch to the front of the queue.
Without it, retouched finals arrive within one week of the day you choose your images.

How choosing and paying for images works
You decide how many images to buy after you have seen them. Nothing has to be chosen before the session.

Have your session
The session fee covers the studio time and the coaching. For the Classic Headshots, Creative Headshots and The Full Experience sessions, no images are included in that fee.

A watermarked proof gallery the same day. We help you choose. You buy only the images you want, at $130 each.

Receive your files
Retouched finals within one week of choosing. You receive the original and the retouched version of each image you buy. They arrive as digital high-resolution files.
Team headshots at your office
We bring the studio to your office and photograph your team there. The price has two parts, added together: one day rate for the shoot, set by headcount, and a rate for each person.

A 10×12 ft room and one outlet. Setup takes about 45 minutes.

We travel to offices across the Portland metro: Portland, Beaverton, Lake Oswego, Hillsboro, Tigard, Gresham and Vancouver, Washington.

Terms
Individual sessions
Sessions are non-refundable. You may reschedule once if you ask more than 24 hours ahead.
Images are bought after the session, and only the ones you choose. Priority rush is optional and costs $100.
Team days
- A 50% deposit holds the date.
- The balance is due net-30.
- Purchase orders and ACH are accepted.
- A certificate of insurance is available on request.
For a team of 25 at $3,410, the deposit is $1,705. Net-30 means the balance is due within 30 days of the invoice.

Prints
Your images are delivered as digital high-resolution files. We do not sell prints.

RAW files
You receive the original and the retouched version of each image you buy. The camera's RAW files are not for sale.

Hair and makeup for individual sessions
Arrive camera-ready. Hair and makeup are not offered for individual sessions. The guide on what to wear covers how to prepare. For a team day, on-site hair and makeup is quoted per team.
